Appurtenance and/or accessories not herein mentioned, but necessary to furnish a complete unit shall be furnished. The complete unit shall conform to the best practice known to the trade-in strength, quality of material, workmanship, and shall conform to O.S.H.A. Standards. These specifications shall be construed as minimum, should the manufacturer’s current published data or specifications exceed this, it shall be considered as minimum and shall be furnished.
