The Contractor shall provide the following: 1. Complete competence to stand trial evaluations as needed, at an average of two (2) per week. 2. Complete competence to stand trial evaluations and mental status reports consistent with Iowa Code Chapter 812, the Ethical Principles of Psychologist and Code of Conduct, and the Specialty Guidelines for Forensic Psychology. 3. Evaluations and assessments shall be completed face-to-face via a HIPAA-compliant video teleconferencing system. 4. Submit complete reports by required Facility deadline to ensure submission by the courtordered deadline. 5. As needed, evaluations may include conducting clinical interview(s) that assess the patient's relevant background, summarize course of current placement, assess current mental status, assess functional abilities related to competency to stand trial, assess dangerousness and level of care needs, and opine on the evaluee's ability to be restored in a reasonable amount of time. 6. Review collateral information available, request additional information, and incorporate relevant collateral data into competency evaluation, restoration guidance, and other psychological services. 7. As clinically determined or requested, administer, score, and interpret psychological assessment measures to aid in rendering opinions regarding the essential elements of a competency evaluation in Iowa. 8. Conduct clinical and forensic psychological assessments, evaluations, and reports as requested by the interdisciplinary treatment team. 1.3.1.2 Court Testimony The Contractor shall provide witness testimony, either in person or virtually, as requested or required by the Court. 1.3.1.3 Clinical Consultation The Contractor shall attend interdisciplinary treatment team meetings as scheduled, or otherwise communicate information to Agency staff as needed, to aid in directing restoration treatment plans. Additionally, the Contractor will provide psychological case consultation on clinically complex or behaviorally challenging cases at the request of the interdisciplinary treatment team. 1.3.2 Performance Measures. 1. Complete evaluations requested by the Facility by due date 95% of the time. 2. Complete evaluations by court ordered due date 100% of the time without exception. 3. Attend virtual meetings as scheduled 95% of the time. 4. The only individuals allowed to perform work assigned under any resulting Contract are those they have been named for the purposes of privileging by the agency at the time of contract execution.
