Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Trailer must be a flatbed style with overall length of 48-foot, with a finished static weight of less than 10,000 lbs. B. Trailer must be 2022-year model or newer. C. Overall length must be 48-feet. D. Overall width must be 102-inches. E. Upper coupler height 48-inches. F. Kingpin must be set 30/36-inches. G. Gross vehicle weight restriction (GVWR) must be a minimum of 80,000-pounds and must be plated. H. Trailer must include a Conestoga style rolling tarp system, completely installed. I. Trailer must conform to all applicable Federal Motor Carrier safety Regulations, Federal Motor Vehicle Regulations, ICC Regulations, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Standards (NHTSA) and Iowa Code Section 321 requirements.
