Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bettendorf is requesting proposals for a (3) three-year contract to supply and service first aid boxes, various sized floor mats, mechanics’ shop towels, and garage uniforms; This bid is for a (3) three-year service contract to service first aid boxes and floor mats at various city buildings, and shop towels and garage uniforms for the city’s maintenance garage. Prices should also include necessary refill materials in first aid boxes, delivery to the maintenance garage and other city buildings, laundering, and replacement, as necessary. Single Service Towels rotated once weekly. Towels must be in good condition throughout contract. No rips, tears, or frayed edges. City locations: Palmer Hills Golf Course Maintenance, and Parks Maintenance. Usage estimate is 7 rolls/week. Single Service Towel (SST) Cabinet rental per month. Cabinets must be in good condition throughout the contract. 3 cabinets needed. Uniform rentals shall be based on a 5-day work week and consist of an inventory of 11 shirts and 11 pairs of pants per each employee. 5 employees total. (Each employee will have 5 shirts and one spare rotated and laundered weekly). Each employee will also have 1 industrial waist-length jacket. 300 Count 18”X18” shop towels Color: Orange. Rotated and laundered weekly. Towels must be in good condition throughout the contract.
