The scope of work occurs in 3 main locations: Room 131; an existing classroom space is converted to open office space with 5 enclosed offices. Room 133; an existing Fitness Room is converted to open office space with 4 enclosed offices. Room 115; an existing open locker room is reorganized to provide space for a new Fitness Area and remaining locker area is enclosed with open woven wire mesh partition. Architectural /structural work includes new openings in existing CMU walls, new metal stud / gypsum board enclosure walls, new HM doors and frames, painting, carpet tile, ACT, markerboards, and window blinds. Mechanical work includes reconfiguration of existing variable flow refrigerant system. Electrical work includes new lighting, new power receptacles, modifications to existing fire alarm system, and extension of existing communications system.
