A program manager assigned to the group for the duration of the trip. Program Manager will attend and coordinate all activities with the group and is available 24/7. They should be able to manage last minute changes and emergencies. High quality business visits that focus on food, agriculture, and biosystems industries. There should be no more than two scheduled per day. We do not have a preference on quantity from each industry we specialize in, just need a variety. Business visits must be high quality with an established company that is innovative in their field. We also need a presentation from someone in leadership at the company, who is also willing to answer any questions and provide ample time for students to interact with the presenter. This may also include a tour of the facilities, if appropriate. We are open to a limited number of visits outside these industries if it provides high value to the group. High quality hotels (at least 4 stars) with single room accommodation for all participants. Include breakfast each day at the hotels. 24/7 available assistance from the provider during the program with access to the provider's home office directly for any situation that cannot be managed by their program manager on the ground...
