Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Replace the Fairbanks Morse 19B – 3 stage bowl assembly, model 7100 AW in kind or with owner pre-approved equal that will mate to existing column pipe and meet the conditions of 3300 gpm at 168 TDH at 1200 rpm, CCW rotation. Shaft size and stickup to match existing pump. 2.2 Disassemble and inspect all components of pump. Bowl assembly has been disassembled and has been deemed in need of replacement. Provide report of inspection to Project Manager, Chris Bormann, Utilities Purchasing & Inventory Tech. 2.3 Replace all column pipe and discharge head bearings in kind. 2.4 Replace shaft sleeves. 2.5 Replace all ancillary hardware and fasteners with new stainless steel fasteners. 2.6 Sandblast and epoxy paint with two-part epoxy paint and column pipe and discharge head.
