Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide E-Rate Program Consulting Services that will assist and guide the District in thedevelopment of an E-Rate Program Action Plan (i.e. organizational process and structure thatwill insure E-Rate Program compliance and facilitate receipt of E-Rate Funding). This goal willbe achieved in part by completion of the following:Year 1Perform an in-dept management review and assessment of the district's current and prior E-Ratepractices, processes and procedures; determine the appropriateness of those practices, processesand procedures, and make recommendations, inclusive of a tentative implementation schedule, tostrengthen and enhance the administration and control of the program. This assessment must occurwithin 60 days of contract execution. A final report detailing their findings, prioritizedrecommendations, and proposed implementation schedule will be expected no later than 30 daysafter completion of the assessment
