Specifications include, but are not limited to: Iowa Public Television (the Agency) is seeking an aggregator of Iowa educator e-mail addresses and e-mail campaign manager (Service Provider) to distribute e-mails to 20,000 or more Iowa educators. The Service Provider must be able to meet the following conditions: • Have access to a database of Iowa educator e-mails to allow for distribution of an e-mail to more than 20,000 Iowa educators. • Be able to distribute two e-mails (original request and follow-up request to non-responders) prepared by Iowa Public Television Educational Services staff to the e-mail addresses contained in the Service Providers Iowa educator database. The e-mails will request recipients to complete a SurveyMonkey survey about the educational media resources and services that Iowa Public Television has available for free for Iowa educators to use with their students. • Service Provider should be able to provide data to Iowa Public Television on the progress of the e-mail distribution campaign.
