The supplier’s proposed software will allow the University to move away from cumbersome paper checkout procedures via integration with existing University software. The selected software will aid our initiative to provide a modern and efficient workflow-based electronic check out.; Provide the ability to apply customized documentation at project, opening, hardware set or individual product levels. (e.g. parts lists, electrical drawings, templates, warranty info, etc.). (Not just a plug and play manufacturers product); Provide project specification data review and communication platform that can be updated with as-supplied data for punch, inspection, and maintenance.; Provide dashboard detailing aggregate campus or individual building metrics such as product manufacturer by item type, number of access control openings, fire rated openings, compliant/non-compliant inspected openings, etc. Proposed software will allow the University to provide these statistics for the University to use for future planning and replacement forecasting.; Have staff who are capable and readily available who have the expertise to perform site surveys of the University’s building’s door, hardware, fire doors and program the openings specific details into the provided software if/as requested.
