Specifications include, but are not limited to: Iowa State University is requesting proposals for Digital Transcript and Diploma Services to provide electronic and printed transcripts, diplomas, and certificates. The University has approximately 8,000-8,500 graduates per year. Transcript services will include fully automated electronic (PDF) transcripts as well as mailing paper transcripts. Currently, Iowa State works with Parchment to process all official transcripts. The current process will be changing as the University migrates all student systems to Workday over the next 1-2 years. The awarded company will be required to integrate their transcript services into our Workday system. The diploma sizes for the University are 8.5” x 11”, 11” x 14”, and 10” x 13”. The certificate size for the University is 8.5” x 11”. Diplomas and certificates are currently printed on 80# Cover in Avon Brilliant White – Smooth.
