The consultant will develop a comprehensive set of training materials, including: ● PowerPoint Presentation: A detailed presentation that clearly explains the SDE 3.0 tool, its functionality, and the associated damage assessment process. ● Participant Handouts: Supplemental materials to accompany the presentation, serving as quick reference guides for trainees. ● Practical Examples and Case Studies: Realistic scenarios demonstrating the application of the SDE tool in various situations. The consultant will deliver the training in a single virtual session. The session should be interactive, allowing for questions and answers, and must provide a complete, self-contained overview of all necessary aspects of using the SDE tool. The contractor should propose an appropriate duration for the virtual training; the Agency’s initial estimate is 4 hours of instruction time. Upon project completion, all training materials developed under this contract will become the sole property of the Agency.
