Major items of work for this project shall include the following: 1. Demolition shall include all improvements including buildings, footings, foundations, basements, private drives, hard surface paving (including some sidewalks – see below for additional details on sidewalks), sheds, fencing, mailboxes, vegetation as described below. 1318 Moore Avenue also has a septic tank in an unknow condition and location. Remove per State of Iowa Chapter 69 Section 69.1.(37). Also, see Attachment A for Pottawattamie County Assessor’s data. 2. Sidewalks shall be constructed in conformance of Council Bluffs Public Works Standards. In addition to repairing existing sidewalks that are not up to code, if any sidewalk is damaged during demolition, it is the responsibility of the contractor to replace. • 519 N. 41st Street – removal of graffiti from the sidewalk in right-of-way (ROW). • 325 Williams Street – replacement of sidewalks on both the west and east side of the property in the ROW where the sidewalk is not up to code. • 1318 Moore Avenue – not applicable (there are no sidewalks)...
