Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Respondent must have ten (10) or more years’ experience providing recruiting services to law enforcement agencies. 4.2 Respondent will develop DPS branding. 4.3 Respondent will develop a recruiting campaign. 4.4 Respondent will provide photography and videography services. 4.5 Respondent will provide advertising services. 4.6 Respondent will develop, implement and manage social media platforms. 4.7 Respondent will provide technical support, including but not limited to assistance with file compatibility issues or with social media platform integration of video and/or photos. 4.8 Respondent will provide the following deliverables within 90 days of contract execution: 4.8.1 Travel to DPS 4.8.2 Overall recruiting strategy 4.8.3 Recruitment campaign theme and branding 4.8.4 Content calendar for social media 4.8.5 Paid digital advertising plan 4.8.6 Printed recruitment materials 4.8.7 Initial Videography (1-2 videos) 4.8.8 Photography 4.8.9 Initial marketing metrics
