Project 1: The construction of a new wood pole 5 Bay building replacement in the new DOT standard over an existing concrete slab as per the Project Manual and Plans labeled 'Project #1' on the Buyers Attachment section of this RFB. The existing pad is approximately 40 'x 90' (was 6 stalls and 14' wide x 12' tall). Replacement construction of building includes: 1. Reuse slab and passage door stoops 2. Reuse approach 3. Reuse electrical panel-currently being protected New Pole building includes the following, refer to Plans and Project Manual for full scope: 1. Number of bays reduced to 5 stalls. 2' between overhead doors, extra length split evenly to each end. 2. Door size 14' x 14' (5 each manual, non-insulated) 3. EAVE height increased to 16' 4. Transparent panel on back wall Project 2: The structural repair of the 50/50 Pole Building as per the attached Plans and Project Manual labeled 'Project #2' on the Buyers Attachment section.
