U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN DAVENPORT or BETTENDORF, IOWA
AMOUNT: Rental space must yield a minimum of 4600 square feet of ANSI/BOMA Office Area that meets General Services Administration (GSA) Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishing, and equipment.
LOCATION: Space must be located within area bounded by or fronting on the following streets:
North: Veteran’s Memorial Parkway in Davenport and Forest Grove Drive in Bettendorf
South: Locust Street in Davenport and Middle Road in Bettendorf
East: Devil’s Glen Road in Bettendorf
West: Northwest Boulevard (north of Kimberly Road) and
Harrison Street (south of Kimberly Road) in Davenport
REQUIRED: Open office desk workstations to accommodate up to 20 desks.
One fully enclosed private office.
Conference room to accommodate up to 20 persons.
Space to provide for a breakroom with kitchenette.
Utilities and services, including heat, air conditioning, hot and cold water, and sewer services.
Access to minimum data connection of 2xT1 lines or its equivalent
for high-speed internet connection.
Reserved parking spaces for 4 government vehicles for 24-hour parking.
General parking for 20 additional vehicles.
Snow removal.
Space must be at street-level with street-level entry and interior secure office doors for card reader access.
TERM: Space is required on or about June 1, 2022.
