Building A (new building) and general facility improvements: ● New, approximately 2850 square foot, building: This building will house range registration, control room, office, gun storage room, utility room, mechanical room, and classroom, along with corresponding utilities. ● Installation of a public drinking water supply, which will require a new well. ● Installation of on-site wastewater treatment (i.e. septic system with a leach field). Proper abandonment of the existing septic system. ● Liquid propane connection and utility connections to water/electric services. ● Removal of an existing perimeter fence along with brush and tree removal. Installation of a new perimeter fence along the southern property line with new entrance gate. ● Gravel parking area to complement existing concrete parking area and minor site grading. Building B (existing 115’x60’ pole barn): ● Renovation of existing metal pole barn building. New siding, roofing, addition of two overhead doors and service doors. Basic feasibility analysis of building relocation vs. modification to address building footprint proximity to adjacent property boundary and dividing internal storage into two storage areas, each with their own entrance (i.e. overhead door and service door). Building C (existing 60’x60’ pole barn): ● Renovation of existing metal pole barn building. New siding, roofing, addition of a westfacing overhead door and service door.
