Specifications include, but are not limited to: There is approximately 2,947 square foot in building. Cleaning is to be done five days a week. There is no water spigot or janitor's sink. There is a sink in the breakroom. There is not a storage space to keep a wheeled supply cart and mop bucket. There is very limited space, equipment and supplies needed will need to be brought during each cleaning time. The Iowa DOT will provide paper products for towel dispensers, hand soap, toilet tissue and trash can liners. DOT paper towels should not be used as cleaning supplies. The Contractor is responsible for supplying all other cleaning supplies, materials and equipment. The DOT has cleaning supplies and equipment on site for DOT use only. The Iowa DOT requires a three-week advance notice of supplies in need of replenishment. Please email to the DL stations project manager.
