Replace or add paper products where needed including toilet paper, paper towels 4. Replace or add hand soap where needed B. Locker Room (106), Showers (107A and 107B), Restrooms (107 A-D, and 117) and Mudroom (106) 1. Frequency 1. Three (3) days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 2. Restroom Tasks (in addition to the tasks above in section A.) 1. Sweep floor 2. Clean partitions 3. Mop floor 4. Clean mirror 3. Locker Room and Shower Tasks 1. Clean sinks and counter tops 2. Clean mirrors and mirror ledges 3. Clean flush hardware on toilets 4. Clean hand/air dryers 5. Clean wall behind hair/air dyers 6. Clean wall behind trash cans 7. Clean soap dispensers/dishes 8. Clean toilets 9. Clean partitions 10. Clean sinks and showers 11. Sweep floor 12. Area mop 13. Remove garbage and recycling with every visit and replace liners weekly 14. Clean all HVAC registers and diffusers 15. Clean windows sills thresholds inside and outside 16. Remove dirt and grime from floor and corners 17. Replace or add paper products where needed including toilet paper paper towels 18. Replace or add hand soap where needed 4. Mudroom Tasks (106) 1. Sweep floor 2. Mop floor 3. Clean mirror 4. Wipe down ice machine 5. Clean sink 6. Clean drinking fountain C. Offices - Sign Office (103), Traffic Engineering (108), and Water Distribution (112), Elevator and Stairwells 1. Frequency 1. At least one (1) day per week 2. Office tasks 1. Clean desks and counter tops chair legs and surfaces 2. Clean wall behind trash cans 3. Clean stainless steel sinks 4. Sweep floor 5. Dust baseboards and surfaces 6. Mop area 7. Remove debris from drains 8. Remove garbage and recycling and replace liners 9. Clean all HVAC registers and diffusers 10. Clean windows sills thresholds inside and outside 11. Remove dirt and grime from floor and corners 12. Replace or add paper products where needed including toilet paper paper towels 13. Replace or add hand soap where needed 3. Elevator and Stairwells 1. Clean elevator partition walls doors counter and surfaces 2. Clean stainless steel surfaces 3. Sweep floor 4. Dust baseboards and surfaces 5. Wipe down dust and debris on areas next to stair risers 6. Mop area 7. Wipe down stairwell handrails
