Specifications include, but are not limited to: The construction of an approximately 3,800 SF concrete splash pad with a flow rate of approximately 200 GPM to be installed adjacent to the existing Vredenburg - Chariton Family Aquatic Center. The construction includes, but not limited to, demolition and removals as well as any necessary replacements, general site work (e.g. sediment and erosion control measure(s), limits of construction fencing, etc.), earthwork (e.g. excavation, embankment, grading, final grading, sub grade preparation, etc.) restoration (e.g. seeding, etc.), sidewalk improvements, concrete slabs, installation of spray items, water supply piping and appurtenances (valves, fittings, guages, backflow prevention, etc.), drain piping, winterization provisions, and any and all incidentals pertaining to these items, providing a completely operational and functional splash pad, and all incidentals.
