Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Iowa (hereafter, The University/University) located in Iowa City, Iowa, desires to obtain written proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide software that is currently on the market for a case management system. The OIE seeks a case management system that would be utilized in all three units for the purposes of managing workflow, meeting external and internal reporting requirements, and monitoring the campus environment for patterns and trends. The desired case management system will be a critical tool that ensures, however is not limited to, the following: that the University is meeting its legal requirements for responding to reported harm outreaching to parties issuing notices to parties managing complaint timelines sharing investigation documents with parties documenting supportive measures implemented meeting reporting requirements Reporting requirements include, but may not be limited to the following: preparing TIXGE's annual report to the campus community, preparing reports for the Board of Regents, responding to external complaints from the Iowa Civil Rights Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Education, the Department of Justice; providing case data when requested through the Freedom of Information Act, litigation requests, internal audits, case review teams, as well as meeting other authorized requests.
