Locations are indicated on the attached plans. • North stairwell: IN HARMONY 54578; color: 78510 Symphony • West stairwell and areas indicated on plans: TRAVERSE 54748; color: 00501 Ironstone • Conference room: MEND 54978; color: 00515 Freestyle • Remainder of offices, hallways, and cubical areas as indicated on attached plans: MASK 54977; color: 00515 Freestyle 3.3 Toeless straight vinyl wall base, 4” black Roppe brand or approved equal to be installed. 3.4 Work shall be completed primarily during business hours (7am to 5pm; Monday through Friday). Night/weekend work shall be minimal, depending on noise level and area of work. 3.5 Contractor shall have all materials on site, or in storage locally, before work can begin. 3.6 This is a secure facility. The Contractor’s Project Manager will be issued a temporary access badge for entry before work begins and for the duration of the project. The Contractor’s Project Manager is required to be on site at any time Contractor’s Employees are on site and working. The Project Manager’s badge shall be verified by the City’s contact person and returned upon completion of work before any retainage will be released. 3.7 The Work will be completed in three phases to accommodate on-site personnel displacements. Phase one will focus on the lower-level conference room followed by the Meter Shop offices. Phase two will address the upper-level Engineering Department and associated offices. The third and final phase will encompass the Water Customer Service Department.
