Replace All Windows on Six (6) Cabins Goal of Project: Contractor shall demolish all existing exterior windows on the six (6) cabins and dispose offsite, total of 36 windows (6 per cabin with 1 in the kitchen, 1 in the bathroom, and 4 in the living area). Replace with Marvin Ultimate Single Hung G2 windows matching existing color, function, and size (replace casement with casement, etc.). Window trim will match existing, both inside and out. Clean and prep rough opening for new window installation. Replace any rotten wood as required. Mullions and muntins shall match the style & spacing of the existing windows. Exterior color: Wineberry. Interior finish: White oak with stain to match adjacent surfaces. Do not replace windows within doors. Provide submittals to the engineer for approval prior to ordering windows.
