Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Manning a guard house and monitoring all traffic in and out of the Fleur Drive Operations Center 24/7, 365 days a year • Surveillance at the Fleur Drive Operations Center maintained in the form of a foot patrol, monitoring buildings, monitoring computers, monitoring video and gates. • Monitoring and documenting visitors at the General Office Facility during normal business hours and special events. • Daytime Patrols of Water Works Properties by a dedicated armed, certified patrol officer during specified hours. See Attachment A for a list of properties where patrols will be required and the frequency for each. • Opening and closing park gates at Water Works Park and Maffitt Reservoir.
