Preparing Wood Decking, Railings, Portico Ceilings areas A. Power wash surfaces with water and a fan shaped tip. B. Remove any loose, flaking stain. C. Lightly sand any worn spots on railings. D. Stain with two, light coats of product as indicated on bid quote sheet. Preparing Window Trim and Windows A. Wipe down windows and window trim with damp cloth. B. Remove by lightly sanding any loose or flaking paint. C. Use two light coats of quality, exterior grade acrylic latex as specified and accepted in contractor submittal.
