• Tables with umbrellas (approximately 6) – weather-resistant, heavy-duty, and accessible. • Rocking Adirondack chairs (approximately 12) – commercial-grade, UV- and weather-resistant, arranged for social gatherings. • Side tables (approximately 6) – matching design with Adirondack chairs. • All furnishings shall be designed to allow secure anchoring/fastening, while also providing the ability to be repositioned to accommodate varied uses of the space. Outdoor Games • Installation of secured outdoor games (examples: chess/checker tables, cornhole, ping pong, or similar) to encourage recreation and social interaction among students, staff, and faculty. • Vendors must include at least one outdoor game option in their proposal. Multiple options may be provided. • Games must be low-maintenance, safe, and permanently fixed to prevent theft. Safety & Accessibility • Ensure all improvements comply with ADA accessibility standards. • All furniture and games must be securely fastened for safety. • Provide protective finishes to extend life expectancy and reduce maintenance costs. Delivery & Installation • Coordinate delivery with College staff to align with schedules. • Provide delivery, assembly, placement, and final installation. • Remove all packing materials and debris from campus. • Conduct a final walk-through with DMACC staff and resolve all punch-list items.
