Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor must review all previously completed environmental reports that are listed in Section 00775. If needed Section 00775 reports can be obtained from the Jurisdiction. These reports will provide known information on quantities and location of hazardous materials that have been identified on site, such as Asbestos Containing Materials, lead, mercury and PCB-containing materials, and small household hazardous wastes. These reports must also identity any limiting conditions experienced during the assessment. Care should be taken to observe, characterize, and segregate any suspect materials encountered during demolition.
