RE-SHINGLE ROOF. Remove existing roofing. Repair structural components as necessary to be ready for shingling. Install sheathing as/if necessary. Install galvanized flashing at all valleys and vertical intersections with walls or masonry if existing. Valley flashing to be "W" style valley. Install ice and water barrier per code and 15 or 30 lb. saturated felt and minimum 30 year laminated shingles with style "D" and "E" pre painted roof edging at entire perimeter. REPLACE/REPAIR SOFFIT/FASCIA. Replace broken, deteriorated soffit and or fascia with #2 pine to match size of existing. Install as straight a line as reasonably possible. All nails to be galvanized. Prime and apply 2 coats high quality exterior paint to match existing. Repair and install as per IRC Codes. Location: HOUSE EXTERIOR METAL WRAP SOFFIT AND FASCIA: Cover all sofitt with aluminum or vinyl sofitt panels; fascia, window and door trim with Rollex type metal fastened with aluminum or stainless steel nails. Prior to installation replace any rotted wood or trim to ensure a sound nailing surface. Use all proper trim and moldings. Lead safe renovator practices required. All work performed under IRC Codes.
