Specifications include, but are not limited to: An accounting firm to provide accounting and bookkeeping services. Duties expected to be provided to StoryComm: a) Complete and file annual tax documents. b) Establish and maintain an accounts payable system, including authority to issue payments when authorized. c) Establish and maintain a billing and accounts receivable system. Activity will be based on policies and decisions made by the Board. d) Establish and maintain appropriate accounts to hold and manage Board funds, including equipment replacement funds, over time. e) Assist the Board in determining the appropriate insurance needs and acquiring that insurance. f) Provide financial reports to the Board to assist in the development of an annual budget, annual subscriber rates, and longer term financial planning.
