Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each proposal shall include a comprehensive description of how the vendor proposes to provide the auditing services and related deliverables requested in this RFP. Each proposal shall include a proposed work plan explaining how the vendor would conduct the audit. The proposed work plan shall, at a minimum and without limitation, identify key personnel to perform the professional auditing services; identify all stages of the audit and audit milestones; include a schedule of events, including dates for orientation sessions with the Board, dates for initiation of auditing services, dates for Board briefings and periodic status reports for the Board’s review throughout the audit process, and dates for submission to the Board of draft and final audit reports.
