Site Analysis & Data Collection • Perform a topographical survey of the site. • Field verify the location and elevation of all existing streets, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water mains, structures, pipes or any other on-site utility such as, but not limited to, gas pipes and electric facilities and/or interface with civil design of these facilities as it relates. • Soil samples will be contracted directly by the city, and the consultant will assist with this coordination. • Facility and site assessments • Identify opportunities and constraints based on site characteristics, operations, access, environmental features, and future use potential. b. Stakeholder Engagement • Input from City staff and department heads • Meet with city staff and facilitate a priorities plan and cost impacts of those choices c. 20-Year Outlook • Departmental space and function needs • Equipment and vehicle storage needs • Circulation and access planning d. Conceptual Site Layout Alternatives • Multiple layout scenarios • Coordination with existing infrastructure e. Preferred Master Plan • Final concept layout with phasing strategy • Preliminary cost estimates • Infrastructure and utility recommendations • Stormwater and environmental considerations f. Deliverables • Provide cost estimates and phasing strategies • Final master plan documents and renderings • Written report with recommendations • Presentation to City Council or staff
