Specifications include, but are not limited to: A successful Bidder must be able to satisfy all these specifications to be deemed a Responsible Bidder. 3.1 Service Plan Agency is requesting: 3.1.1 On-site response time – 2 business days 3.1.2 Scheduled planned maintenance 3.1.3 Application technical support 3.1.4 Instrument operating software updates 3.1.5 On-site service – labor, parts, travel 3.1.6 Phone and email access to engineers for remote services 3.1.7 Computer coverage 3.1.8 Remote instrument monitoring diagnostics 3.2 Bidder must be factory certified to work on AB instrumentation and software. 3.3 Bidder must have instrument specific knowledge databases with information captured over the life of the platforms. 3.4 Bidder must provide annual calibration of tools to maintain optimal performance. 3.5 Software updates available during the term of service plan 3.6 Bidder must only use replacement parts certified to manufacturer’s OEM specifications 3.7 Remote diagnostic must be real-time monitoring systems.
