The bidder will include all information requested on Attachment A - Bid Sheet. All vehicles or equipment is sold “AS IS” with no warranties from the city as to the condition, quality or safety of the same. Photos and additional information is available in Attachment B - Pictures. Bidders must make their own inspection prior to the purchase of any items, and shall be required to execute waivers of any and all claims relating to the condition and safety of items purchased. Bidders must additionally agree to defend, indemnify and hold the city harmless from any and all claims for personal injuries from any person buying the equipment or any other purchaser or successor in interest from Bidder. Refer to Attachment C – Release Form. All buyers shall maintain their own liability insurance for any injuries arising from, thru, or in connection with the removal of the items, and must execute waivers agreeing to defend, indemnify and hold the city harmless from any and all claims for personal injuries by any person arising therefrom.
