Specifications include, but are not limited to: The BMV is looking for a vendor partner to provide full-service design thinking and mapping to fully understand the customer journey, employee journey, business processes, application integration, and information management prior to building implementing a technical solution. Solutions should, at a minimum, address the following: The design needs should be modern; adhering to BMV’s current brand standards (color schemes, approved fonts, etc.), while emulating a similar look and feel to the BMV’s public-facing website IN.gov/BMV. Customers should be confident they are performing a transaction with a trustworthy government entity. The transition between the informational website (IN.gov/BMV) and the transactional website (myBMV.com) must be cohesive so customers are reassured they have not left the government website when accessing the transactional portal.
