Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Full Service Restaurant. The full service restaurant will be required to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items. In addition, this location is expected to have a bar serving a full complement of alcoholic beverages. Proposers should be aware that approximately 59% of enplaning passengers depart in the morning before 10 am. Therefore, a variety of breakfast items will be expected to be offered in this location. In addition, this location is expected to offer menu items with a variety of price points, healthy options, and a To Go ordering station/counter. Proposers should also consider installing power outlets at many of the restaurant’s tables and bar seats. b. Coffee. A separate section of this location will be required to serve freshly brewed gourmet coffees and teas including lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, flavored teas, and iced and decaffeinated coffees and tea. Hot chocolate and milk should also be offered. c. Retail. FWACAA expects Proposers to propose a retail component in this area
