Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will supply each qualifying employee with a new full uniform “set” at the start of the contract. A full uniform “set” will consist of eleven (11) shirts and eleven (11) pants. In addition to a full uniform set, each employee will also be allotted two (2) jackets. Contractors must be flexible and can adjust growth as IPTC plans to expand in the near future. Currently there are a total of 175 support services employees that would be part of this uniform program services. Sizes range from Medium to 6XL for both men and women. Maintenance/Treasury- 141 Facilities- 20Storeroom- 7 CVT- 7 IPTC’s Project Manager or designee will notify the Contractor of new hires. New hires will be required to have uniforms available within 7 working days.IPTC’s Project Manager or designee will notify the Contractor of any terminated employees. Uniform sets from terminated employees may be put into another IPTC cycle if in good shape and correct fit.Contractor will be responsible for fitting all qualifying employees. Measurement times will be coordinated with IPTC’s Project Manager and may require contractor to complete measurements during second and third shifts when employees are present.
