Specifications include, but are not limited to: Up to six vendors that can satisfy the State’s need for residential treatment for individual below the 200% federal poverty level. It is the intent FSSA/DMHA to contract with a vendor that provides quality residential addiction services. 1. The funding source which shall support services in this contract is SAPT Block Grant funds provided through SAMHSA. 2. The provider shall not use any of these funds received in this exhibit for any of the following purposes: A. To carry out any program of syringe services of any illegal drug; B. To carry out any testing for the etiologic agent for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome unless such testing is accompanied by appropriate pretest and posttest counseling; C. To make Cash Payments to intended recipients of Health services; D. To purchase or improve land; E. To purchase, construct, or permanently improve (other than minor remodeling) any building or other facility; F. To purchase major medical equipment or to purchase any other equipment valued over one thousand dollars. G. To satisfy any requirements for expenditures of on-federal funds as a condition for the receipt of federal funds.
