The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to: - Plant City-specified plant materials. - Remove and dispose of existing vegetation and debris. - Prepare planting beds, including soil amendments as specified. - Install mulch, rock, edging, and weed barrier where applicable. - Restore work areas to a clean and safe condition upon completion. - Repair any damage to irrigation system caused by the contractor, irrigation will be in working order prior to start of project, a site inspection will be done with landscape contractor prior to start of project. All services must be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and arranging for required utility locates.
