Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Indianapolis through the Department of Metropolitan Development herein referred to as “City” is seeking responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) regarding the contents herein. The City is looking for a qualified vendor to develop a plan that will provide both an infrastructure and lighting assessment and create a long term maintenance, infrastructure and lighting improvement plan for the Downtown Indianapolis Union Station Underpasses. The City will then retain the option to extend the contract into implementation with one or more of the qualified vendors.
