Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State will award a contract for Spring 2020-2023 imagery acquisition and subsequent delivery of digital color orthoimagery and selected optional mapping products, data hosting and distribution at resolutions of 6-inch and 3-inch imagery. Depending on pricing and availability of funds, IOT intends the base product to be 6-inch pixel resolution orthoimagery statewide, plus ancillary data products. The contract goal is to acquire imagery for the entire state within the four-year program. The schedule requires approximately one-third of the state to be flown per year in an ongoing rotation. Any additional acquisition areas will be determined by negotiations between the State and Counties to address buy-ups and out of cycle participation. The schedule is anticipated as follows (see figure 1): Year one (2020): up to 10 counties, from county and/or State priority Year two (2021): tier one, central Year three (2022): tier two, eastern Year four (2023): tier three, western IOT will define the aerial extents and imagery spatial resolution during contract negotiations. This document provides a definition of product specifications below. The vendor will deliver all final products no later than September 30th of the year that the imagery was captured, or as negotiated by IOT and the selected contractor.
