Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide an Abbreviated Engineering Assessment Report, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations and Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking, as needed). The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
