Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors shall support the RFS objectives of increasing access and quality of child care services, especially for underrepresented populations including infants and toddlers and in communities where there are limited options for high quality child care. Vendors shall meet all CCDF, federal, and State requirements. In addition to providing services that promote the nutrition, health, learning, and development of children, CCDF Agreement Centers will work closely with CCDF Intake Agents and the OECOSL TA Vendor to serve CCDF eligible families and support other child care providers in increasing the quality of their facilities. Vendors shall also perform administrative responsibilities, such as adhering to any new reporting requests and attending all State mandated trainings
