Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the manufacture, testing and
delivery of Quantity 20 Laser Firing Unit Transfer Case Assemblies. Each Transfer Case
Assembly shall be fabricated to meet the requirements of drawing
7144699 Rev A, IAW the Statement of Work (SOW) and any other applicable documents posted
as separate attachments at the time of solicitation.
This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Evaluation criteria is referenced in Informational CLIN
0001 and listed in Provision 52.212-2. This is not available to be awarded as a Multiple Award
Contract.
Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Of ferors

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception
FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-21-Q-0163 is hereby issued as an
attachment hereto.

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract

any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
