Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the State’s need for Software Support and Software Development. It is the intent of PEN to contract with a vendor or vendors that provides quality software support and software development for PEN technology requirements. The respondent will be required to supply support for the ERP system called SYSPRO as well as support for the various custom programs which have been developed. Currently PEN uses the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Register, Inventory, Purchase Order, Sales Order Bill of Materials, Work in Progress and Requirement Planning modules in SYSPRO. Currently PEN is on the 6.0 version and is currently in process to upgrade to version 7.0.
