Specifications include, but are not limited to: • When the weather is conducive to snow, Contractor agrees to remain ready, willing and immediately available to begin snow or ice removal with at least 3 crews to clean off al sidewalks, parking lots, entryways & drives. The contractor is responsible for monitoring weather conditions and responding accordingly. • Contractor must be available day or night as IndyGo is 24/7-hour operation including holidays. IndyGo requires immediate service during inclement weather of snow and ice, as employees and buses must be able to enter and exit all facilities safely. • All work proposed by the contractor must be accomplished using the contractors owned and/or rented equipment. All equipment must be inspected to assure safe operation prior to use on the Owners property. Contractor must include a list and pictures of equipment to be used. • De-icing agents must be environmentally friendly and approved as safe for use on pavers, concrete, and asphalt surfaces. Contractor should include specs for all proposed de-icing agents that will be used.
