Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow and Ice removal services for IGC campus & Statehouse The Contractor shall provide, on an as needed basis, snow/ice removal for the Indiana Government Center (IGC) campus labor, as directed by the Facilities Director. The campus consists of the Indiana Government Center North, Indiana Government Center South, The State House, the Senate Avenue parking garage and the Washington Street parking garage, and parking lots as indicated on the attached maps.; Granular Magnesium Chloride Pellets Sand Treated Rock Salt Liquid Magnesium Chloride Brine Chloride-free Liquid and Pellet Ice Melt Calcium Chloride Pellets IDOA-FM Grounds will provide cold weather products as available. Please use the supplied products unless otherwise directly by the Facilities Manager.
