Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide snow & ice removal and salting services for Customer at facilities located at: • 1501 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN • 201 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN • 2425 W. Michigan St. Indianapolis, IN • 6410 N. College Ave. Indianapolis, IN • 9503 E. 33rd St. Indianapolis, IN • 8925 S. Madison Ave. Indianapolis, IN • 11135 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, IN • The 34 Red Line Bus Stations, • The 2 super stops at 313 N. Delaware ST Indianapolis IN, and 609 N. Delaware ST. Indianapolis, IN. There will be 6 more super stops by the end of 2023. Provider will treat all properties and special requests as outlined below. • When the weather is conducive to snow, Contractor agrees to remain ready, willing, and immediately available to begin snow or ice removal with the appropriate number of crews to prep & clean off all sidewalks, parking lots, entryways & drives, per the size of the property and frequency of the snow and ice events. To include all IndyGo locations/properties at the same time including Red Line Stations, and Super Stops. The contractor is responsible for monitoring weather conditions and responding accordingly. • De-icing agents must be environmentally friendly and approved as safe for use on pavers, concrete, and asphalt surfaces. Contractor should include specs for all proposed de-icing agents that will be used. • Plowing of all driveways and parking lots with the accumulation of 1 ½ inches or more. This includes North and South parking lots, all lanes entering the building, loading docks, the drive that circles the building, all sidewalks around the building and the walkway from the Washing Street Bus Stop, and all entryways. • All entrances, doorways and loading docks are to be cleared at least one (1) time after each 1 ½ accumulation. • Plowing is to continue as needed during the heavy snow. • Pre-salting of all walkways, driveways, and parking lots in amounts plentiful enough to offset the ice or snow removal accumulation. • All work proposed by the contractor must be accomplished using the Contractor’s owned and/or rented equipment. All equipment must be inspected to assure safe operation prior to use on IPTC’s property. Contractor must include a list and pictures of equipment to be used. • Contractor will be responsible for the supplying of all salt and/or de-icing products.
