Specifications include, but are not limited to: These specifications contemplate the furnishing and delivery of one (1) new two engine design, high speed, 18 foot front mount airport snow broom and heavy duty 4X4 chassis with forward mounted cab and indicate in general the type, size, and quality desired. Only bids submitted with the provided Specifications and Compliance Form completed will be accepted. Equipment specifically mentioned by name is used to establish the minimum standards of quality and performance. Equipment not herein mentioned but possessing the same degree of quality or greater and capable of producing the same results as those specified, will be considered. The Indianapolis Airport Authority reserves the right to reject or to accept none, all, or part of any bid submitted to waive technicalities in any or all bids and to accept the most advantageous bid as to price, quality, and adaptability for the work performed. The Indianapolis Airport Authority reserves the right to make the final determination of quality and performance. These specifications require the doing of all things necessary or proper for, or incidental to the furnishing of said unit.
