Alarm system 24 hour monitoring of intrusion, fire and trouble alarm signals Cellular back-up service for telephone line transmitting signals to the Monitoring Center & in the event of telephone line failure and/or cut One daily dialer test as required by code for all fire alarm systems Card Access System Full system maintenance on card access control, identification badging systems and all related components installed in the facility Camera surveillance system Full system maintenance on the camera surveillance system and all recording equipment connected with this system Current company – Contract includes time, labor and parts: Maintains all systems used for (card access, photo ID & camera surveillance) oComputers, Card Readers, Access Panels, Maintains (or uses 2ndry vendor) Handicap openers Replaces panel batteries every 3 years (current contract does not include cost of batteries
