These on-call contracts are to provide for as-needed roadway design services for routine non-complex preservation and structure replacement projects similar in character to the following: Small Structure Replacement, Small Structure Pipe-Lining, Road Resurface, Sight Distance Correction, Intersection Improvement. The maximum project assignment amount is $800,000. $500,000 of the total contract amount will be withheld for assignment amendments. INDOT intends to select approximately 35 firms for contracts, but the actual number will be determined at the time of selection in consideration of the number of responses and scoring. Selection for one of these pool contracts will not preclude a firm from selection for any other contract on this RFP.
